On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Nassau County Foundation, I want to thank everyone who joined us at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, for the 11th Annual Benefit held on Feb. 17. Because of your generosity, we raised a record amount of money, which will help support facilities, programs and the staff in our two local clubs.

This event’s success was due in large part to the Benefit Committee member support including Rose Baugh Co-Chair, John Campbell Elwell, Joan Sheppard, Cindy Dickinson, Barb Decker, Alan Donaldson, John Schroeder and Stan Cottle. The Raffle Team rocked and the support from our Volunteers helped to make the evening as perfect as possible.

We owe a debt of gratitude to our Master of Ceremony and Auctioneer, Ben Hynson, who was a major contributor to the success of the evening.

The evening began with an enthusiastic welcome from children representing both Clubs.

Forming an aisle at the entry, guests were greeted with sounds of happy children as they clapped, stomped & chanted.
