A Huge Thank You!

Recently, leaders from the Boys & Girls Clubs had the opportunity to thank the Leadership Team of The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island for our partnership. The Boys & Girls Clubs cannot imagine not having The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island partnership. It is and has been critical to our success. Also, we believe this partnership is “built to last.” As a team we ALL pull together and the ultimate results are win-win-win for the Boys & Girls Clubs, The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island and the Club members of the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Presentation included reviewing many of the goals of the original application for partnership and how successful we have been in completing most of them during the past 10 years. Staff and board members spoke about each of the key events that The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island partners with us on such as The Ritz Volunteers, Carnival, Christmas Gifts, Annual Benefit, Succeed Through Service and the annual Guardian event. The choral group sang so beautifully the “Thank-You” song and received a standing ovation! At the end we presented them a trophy to recognize the partnership for the past 10 years and General Manager, Jim McManemon, seemed so please to receive it.
