First Federal Bank matches 100% of employee donations made to organizations through their payroll deduction program which resulted in a matching gift of over $1,400 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Nassau County for 2019.

The “First Federal Way” program has been in effect since 1992 and was specifically designed to maximize charitable giving to organizations identified by their employees.
